Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return, email support@furfixpro.com with your order number and reason.
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is confirmed, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@furfixpro.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
