Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us at support@furfixpro.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
